Welcome to Sherburne County 4-H Fair Registration!
The 2025 Sherburne County Fair is scheduled for July 17 - 20, 2025 at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River.
Important Dates
- February 18: Animal ID Deadline for market beef (beef steers, market heifers, and dairy steers)
- May 15: Animal ID deadline
- June 2: Registration opens and 2025 premium book is released
- June 27: Registration deadline
- July 10: Sherburne Showcase, Oliver Kelley Farm, 3 - 8 p.m.
- July 15: Sherburne County 4-H project judging day for static/general exhibits
- July 16: Sherburne County 4-H project judging day for livestock exhibits
- July 17 - 20: Sherburne County Fair
- August 9: Dog Show (Agility)
- August 10: Dog Show (Obedience, rally & showmanship)
Registration
The deadline to register your 4-H projects for 2025 is June 27. Registration for the county fair will take place through FairEntry. (sherburne.fairentry.com) You must be enrolled in 4HOnline (mn.4honline.com) for the current 4-H year in order to register for the county fair through FairEntry.
